Antoni Tàpies y Puig was born in Barcelona on December 13, 1923. He is one of the most outstanding artists of the 20th century, a painter and sculptor as well as an art theorist. He is one of the greatest exponents of informalism, specifically of the current of material painting. Its references are the Catalan Romanesque and Antoni Gaudí. He was part of the Dau al Set group influenced by Dadaism and Surrealism. His work has been exhibited in the most prestigious museums around the world. It belongs to the folder "15 Years Of Graphic Work (Polygraph XV Years)". It was made up of 18 lithographs by the artists Bird, Camacho, Castillo, Christo, Guinovart, Hernández-Pijuan, Lam, Matta, Miró, Ponç, Ràfols-Casamada, Sutherland, Tamayo, Tàpies, Telemaque, Velickovic, Vieira Da Silva, and Zao Wou Ki. Published in Barcelona in 1979 by La Polígrafa S.A. The works are also available individually.
